Parcel acquired in a state of misuse. Block pending requalification. General Urban Plan aims to adapt parcelation to a more modern urban mesh. Meanwhile, these original family housings that are left, are surrounded by modern housing blocks.
The revitalized complex aims to host between 12 and 16 co-habitants from multidisciplinary fields. An emphasis is put into exterior and shared spaces to nurture interation and communal experiences amongst habitants.
